During your career, which filmer have you most in enjoyed working with?
Back when I was filming for videos, the filming duties were usually handled by whoever wasn’t riding at the time, so I didn’t get to work with many professional filmers per se. Bro-cam set aside, filming with Chris Rye for Baco or Props was always fun.
And as a filmer yourself, which rider have you most enjoyed filming?
A lot of people are fun to work with, but if I had to choose some, it’d be Felix Prangenberg. He’s easy going, doesn’t get stressed out too much and has a good eye for spots and angles. Well, and he’s only pretty good on a bike, so …
What will you be looking for in this years Vans The Circle videos?
For me, a great BMX video doesn’t have to be super polished. I mean, it can be, but I think the vibe can be just as important than the production value. Same goes for the riding. I enjoy watching hammer tricks, but I like flowy, playful stuff just as much. So it really depends on the video, I reckon. I’m down for everything!
