Meet The Crew: BROS STORE - LYON, FRANCE
"The street scene is still the most important"
Meet The Owners: Lilian & Fabien Conry
Can you give us a brief history of your store?
Our store was born in May 2014 after feeling a need for the scene in Lyon to get some products. We felt it was aslo a great opportunity to organise some jams, some events and support the scene. We really think that a shop needs to be a part of the scene by supporting riders, local crew, etc. So the history is pretty simple and could be summed up like this: Dedicated to the local scene.
What type of riders are part of your community and what makes your community so special?
In Lyon, the community of riders is going from Flatland to Park riders passing by a heavy Street scene. We’re lucky enough to have almost three indoor skateparks and a few outdoor skateparks around the city. The street scene is still the most important so Lyon counts on a lot of street spots.
For this 3rd edition of VANS THE CIRCLE, we invited a few others/younger riders from our team to involve them a bit more on our project. All of them are more focused on Street but they could ride every type of obstacle…
